This is the Annual General Meeting of the Coquitlam - Port Coquitlam Conservative Association. 

Everyone is invited to attend but only CPC members can vote and stand for board positions.

VOTING:

Restricted to members ordinarily residing in the electoral district of Coquitlam—Port Coquitlam who are of good standing as of 6 pm ET on October 28, 2018, or whose membership expired within ninety (90) days prior to this meeting upon payment of the required membership fee. Payment for membership renewals at the door will only be accepted in the form of credit card or personal cheque. Cash will not be accepted.

IDENTIFICATION:

One (1) original piece of identification will be required for accreditation issued by a Canadian federal, provincial or territorial government agency containing the member’s photograph, name and address, OR two (2) original pieces of identification, both of  which contain the member’s name, one of which contains the member’s photograph and one of which contains the member’s address. Acceptable identification include:

-- Permanent Resident Card -- Drug Card
-- Health Card -- Student ID Card
-- Provincial Driver’s License -- Age of Majority Card
-- Birth Certificate -- Party membership card
-- Other identification issued by the Government of Canada or a provincial government
